This is a five-day intensive designed to bring us into a deeper connection to rhythm, drums, voice, and movement. This is a boot camp in learning rhythm in the body, or on the surdo, standing or sitting drums!

Each day we will add a different layer in learning. Each lesson builds on itself. 

Thinking takes a back seat.  An inner spatial understanding moves forward in our awareness.

Sometimes, we'll drum. 

Other times we drum and step/dance with our drums. 

You will learn to use the voice to showcase complexity within an ongoing rhythm.  

Getting "lost"  in the process and starting over is essential. 

It can be humbling, but destabilizing is good for the soul if done safely!  It allows for greater stabilty. 

Let go of an agenda! Rhythm is magical and self-guiding if you allow it to be. 

This event  has space 8 participants only.
