The Drum Circle Facilitator’s Guild Annual conference is a weekend-long professional development event specifically for those using drums and percussion for recreational music making. The symposium-style gathering features presentations by industry leaders on a wide variety of topics including techniques for leading drum circles, business development, folkloric music, program design, and more.  In attendance are full-time drum circle facilitators as well as many people using this work in other settings: creative arts and music therapists, social workers and counselors, wellness practitioners, community organizers, music educators, spiritual leaders, event specialists, etc. 

This is excellent opportunity for you to connect with DCF's from across the US/Canada and International. It is an intimate conference that allows for plenty of time for conversation and relationship building.The DCFG conference is your opportunity to show your wares, have meaningful conversations with DCFs and build/strengthen existing brand loyalty. It is about marketing and brand loyalty that, will most likely, lead to purchases later. Let us know who you are, how you want to be seen by our Membership and what you want from Conference. DEADLINE TO RESERVE VENDOR SPACE: Monday, January 23, 2023

VENDOR SPACE:

The vendors will be located adjacent to the main conference area with easy access for attendees during breaks and meals and even during sessions. Vendors will have a space that is approximately 8 x 5 feet that includes 1, 6-foot table with cover and skirt. The space is fluid and allows for some flexibility depending on the number of vendors. Only one space per Vendor will be allowed. Space will be assigned on a first-come first-served basis. 

COST:

Once you have submitted your Vendor Reservation form you may register as a vendor on the main conference registration page. The link to the form will be on the confirmation page of the Vendor Reservation Form along with the vendor registration code. Below are the cost options for vendors.

  • $40/vendor table ONLY. Does NOT include access to conference sessions or meals.
  • $465 (non-member rate) Vendor table + conference registration (access to all sessions and 7 meals Friday lunch - Sunday Lunch)
  • $423: (member rate - must be logged in your member account). Vendor table + conference registration (access to all sessions and 7 meals Friday lunch - Sunday Lunch)
  • $300: Vendor Table + meal package (7 meals Friday lunch - Sunday Lunch). No access to conference sessions.

VENDOR RESERVATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED BY MONDAY, JANUARY 23, 2023
